$14 Chair Makeover

This spring we found these chairs at a garage sale. I knew immediately I wanted them. We bought both for $8.00. The chairs would be easy to paint and reupholster. They both were on wheels but I thought I could pull them off. The chairs are really short so perfect for little's. Here they are in all their 70's glory- U.G.L.Y

I then thought one would be perfect with my new desk. So it got a coat of Fresh Guacamole. I then headed to Joann's to find the perfect fabric.


I wanted to do the second chair for Lauryn's room soon to be Landree's. I just spray painted it in gloss black and then ran to Joann's again. I found a perfect black and white to match the decor.


So the chair's were $4.00 each and the fabric was $10.00, so each chair was a whoppin' $14.00. I love how they both turned out.
