Father's Day

I made this for Al for Father's Day. I was very happy how it turned out. Al took it to work before I could get a good picture, so this one he took with his phone. But here it is.

I have seen something similar many times on the Internet. I took pictures of all three girls with a card stock letter I cut out, printed the pics and stuck them in an expensive frame. Such a cute and inexpensive gift!

Happy Birthday

to ME!! Well a couple of weeks ago. But we all know how far behind I am in blogging.
Look what I got for my birthday! Lots of pretty flowers. My office smelt wonderful for at least a week!



My sister came the weekend of my birthday. Just her and I went for drinks, appetizers, shopping



...and BULL RIDES! Lisa rode a bull for the first time! Way to go Lisa!

Party at Adventuredome

Lily had a birthday party at Adventuredome in Circus Circus. She had a blast riding the rides.

Thomas the train was like a roller-coaster. She was all smiles. I think she's ready for the real thing!

Fishing and the park

In GJ we went to a butterfly house and flower garden. The flowers were really pretty but it was hard to spot many butterflies.

Memorial Day activities still...

I'm still working on getting caught up with blogging. This summer has come in with a rush and I can't keep caught up!

Dress-up

Megan and Marc had friends over for an appetizer dinner and dessert. They have great friends and we always look forward to seeing them when we visit. This is Aunt Megan with Lauryn and Sophie waiting for everyone to arrive.

Shopping

One of my favorite things to do in Grand Junction is shop, go figure. They have really neat shops in their downtown. Most of them are full of specialty items ranging from clothing, jewelry, toys, decorating, etc...

The girls are now blind from wearing their bifocals too long (jk)

We went to Grand Junction for Memorial Weekend. Yep, just now getting around to posting the pictures. There are a lot, so patience palease.

8 Months

The little stink is 8 months! It's so hard to believe. I took her to the doctor for a well check. She is 18 pounds, 11 ounces, 27 inches long and has a big head (still). Lauryn's height and weight was in the 50-75 percentile and her head was in the 75-90 percentile. You know what they say about a big head, yep BIG brain!

She is on the move! Crawling everywhere and getting fast!

Tired eyes are a sure giveaway. Landree's eyes look the same way when she is tired.

Daddy's girl 100%

Lauryn went on her first airplane ride to Grand Junction, CO. She was great on the plane.

Loves, loves, loves her sisters. She is mesmerized by them.

Lauryn really enjoys splashing around the pool.

What we get greeted with every morning. Big smiles!

Still loves to eat. Lauryn has started eating food other than baby. She chews really well and we have not found anything she won't eat yet. She is back to liking the peas and green beans.

She still loves her Mommy and her Mommy really loves her.


She has been active this month!
