Landree's first night of Daisy Girl Scouts was last night. She joined a troop with friends, Katie & Madison. The troop meets every other Thursday night. I think it will be a lot of fun for her. Last night they did 3 different craft projects and then sang in a friendship circle the Girl Scout Friendship song. They work on the same things as Girl Scouts like, fundraising (cookies & nuts), patches, and projects. I don't know the extent of the "outings" they will have but I am excited to get involved. I was a Girl Scout in elementary school and remember the campouts, horseback riding, and just plain fun.
