Well she made it through her first day of kindergarten! Al and I picked Landree up after school today. Of all days it was raining when we got to the school. Did I mention it hardly ever rains in Vegas? She said she had a good day. She liked her teacher and said she was really nice. Landree said she didn't have enough time to eat all of her lunch. Well all that was left was 2 bites of her sandwich and she quickly gobbled them up. She said they went to recess twice. When we were leaving the school a little boy goes, "bye Landree". She just grinned. I said, "You're already making lots of friends." She just shook her head. I couldn't get any other information out of her. No naps in all day kindergarten- so we'll see how much of a stinker she is tonight!
Oh, since she didn't get "sent to the office or in trouble with Mrs. Heimark" she got a slurpee on the way home! Hopefully that will warrant good behavior every day- just not a special treat with it.
