K-State vs. Miami

This post is major picture overload. Al and I traveled back to Manhattan to see the K-State vs. Miami game. We had an AMAZING time! I had so many great pictures and narrowed it down to these few :) We flew in Friday afternoon. Our first stop was Rock-a-belly Deli (of course). While drinking summer beers, the band arrived. It definitely gets you pumped up for the game!

We stopped first at Kevin's tailgate. Nothing better than Kevin's smoked meat and good friends!

Next was Dustin's and the Funk Bus. One of his friends made a huge blueberry cream cheese pancake and wrapped it with sausage. It was tasty!

Check out the cat! Renovations are under way for the bigger, better stadium.

It was Harley Day. Before the game started the Harley's lined the field and revved their engines.

Our hosts for the weekend, Ronna and Galen! Galen had a knee replacement a few weeks before. So it was good seeing him getting around and putting up with us. Ronna's sister also gave us her tickets to the game. They were first row!!

A weekend to remember...I would love to be able to get back every year to see a game. K-State is currently #6!! I told Al if they make it to a west coast bowl game we are there! Go State!!
