Shakespeare in the Park

Al's mom, Ginny, came out for Lauryn's birthday party. She also stayed a little over a week to help me out. Al worked the Renaissance Fair for the county which required him to work 16 hour days and the girls were out of school. She helped a ton during the week. Laundry was done everyday and she entertained the girls. It was really wonderful! The Saturday before she left we went to have a "girls" night. We went to Lake Las Vegas and watched Macbeth and then went to Cheesecake Factory for dessert and coffee. It was a fantastic evening! The play was wonderful! I am so glad we got to spend the extra time together without the interference of Al or the girls.

This is Lady Macbeth with the witches.

Macbeth with the witches.

This lady is a customer of my mom's. We see her almost everyday so it was neat seeing her in character.

Did you know that McDuff (the character who lives at the end in the play) was based on one of my ancestors? We have a document in our family from Bill himself saying so. Cool huh? Glad you had a great time.

I love Shakespeare! My daughter and I try to go to the Utah Shakes Festival every year. Looks like you had a great time!
