SEVEN...

Landree did not want anything PINK for her birthday. Her new favorite color is purple. She is already getting ready to go to K-State!

Birthday gifts- lots of cute clothes from Justice, a purse full of purse "goodies", Legos (her favorite gift), Playdoh, Nail kit, and many, many more things, my girl is spoiled rotten! Landree and I went shopping a few weeks ago and she picked out a pretty dress to wear for her birthday. She unwrapped the dress (the one in the pictures) for her birthday morning. Lily picked out the cupcake necklace.

Landree does awesome in school. She is advanced in reading and rarely gets anything wrong on her paperwork. We have more problems with her behavior. Landree is very stubborn and does things when she is ready. So the teacher has had problems with her following directions the first time. I am happy to report she has had 2 1/2 weeks with excellent days. This has allowed her to get her finger nails painted at a spa and ice cream at her favorite shop. She is looking forward to her next reward. I hope the good behavior continues.

Landree has lost a total of 6 teeth. The bottom 4 and the top 2 fell out last month. I still need to post about that. One of the top teeth just started coming down yesterday.

Landree's favorite things to do is play outside, rollerskating, riding bikes, playing ball, swinging, climbing, jumping... She enjoys reading. We have been reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid. She still loves to draw, color and create.

Landree would be an amazing softball player if she paid attention. She is still very good and hits the ball really well. Her goal for next season is to play pitcher. Al and I hope to work with her a lot this summer at the batting cages and throwing. She has also been talking a lot about golf. So we are looking at getting junior clubs and taking her out. Al is excited he may just have a new golf buddy!

My most favorite thing about my girl is she is always positive. She is friends with everyone. She rarely says anything negative. I always thought it was difficult for her to find friends but she is just friends with everyone. We are changing schools next year. Landree is excited and we are not worried at all about her adjusting.
