Halloween Decor

This was a gift from my friend, Shauna. She used to work with Big Yellow Box by Crayola and this was an item they sell. It is meant to be drawn on and fired like real pottery. I love it white!

Al and I bought the metal tree/candle holder in Sedona 6 years ago. It has been sitting on our patio table forever. I brought it in after a coat of paint and added $1 skeleton strand.

I added a bag of black beans to the center candle. The frame in the back is matted with black and white polka dot paper with a pumpkin in the center.

I bought these paper mache pumpkins at Michael's for .99 cents the girls painted them orange and I added the brown paint and ribbon.

I bought these frames at the dollar store and spray painted them black. Then strung them together with ribbon added scrapbooking paper as a matte and the letters.

The fall tree is made with the girls' hand prints as branches and leaves and fingerprints as leaves on the ground.

Our house is very festive and comfortable and I love it! I'm already dreaming up my Christmas decorations. In 28 short days I will be putting them up! For now I will enjoy the oranges, reds, browns and blacks.

Happy Halloween to all! I can't wait to show you the girls' costumes. They are semi-homemade!!

I can't wait to see their costumes! I too am anxious for Christmas decorations. This year I feel inclined to skip right over Thanksgiving.
