Lawrence...Home of PU-KU

We went to Lawrence, Kansas to meet the Moody's for dinner. We arrived a bit early so we walked in downtown Lawrence. It is such a neat town. I miss the whole small town downtown's. The antique and specialty stores and old buildings. It's too bad it's home to KU, Al's major rival. We went into a large Lids store. It was half full of Jayhawk hats. Landree said really loud, "Daddy, I found a K-State hat!" The man running the store looked at me and said, "What? K-State?". We did find a very cute Cardinal's hat for Lily.
