Landree had her first softball tournament last Saturday! What an awesome day, but LONG! She started at the field at 9:30 with first game at 10:00. The next 3 games were pretty much back to back from 2:00 until 7:00. The Dodgers WON the tournament! Landree did great. She complained during the first game about being bored in the field. She played mostly left field. I am so proud of her for even making it through the day. We definitely need to work on some things with her but I really think she wants to be there so half the battle is won. Way to go girl!!

As I was going through these photos I noticed how tired she looks. I didn't see it as much when we were out there. In the metal pictures her eyes are swollen with dark circles, her hair is a mess. You can really tell how hard it was for her. She did it!
Pure exhaustion...The team all went to Chuck-e-Cheeses afterward. Landree and I went and she played there until 9:30...longer day!

What a good sport. I love to see Al's facebook entries about softball. Good thing she enjoys it.
